Our Services

At Sams Helping Hands, we offer an attentive personal service for food shopping and meal preparation. Our carers are aware of the value of eating well, and will work with clients to prepare meals that they will enjoy while also assisting them in being healthier. We'll do our best to accommodate your requirements. We can accompany you to the stores and assist you with your shopping, or we can work out a shopping list for you and shop for you on your behalf. After that, we can either prepare your meal for you or assist you as you do so. Following that, we will clean up and do the dishes for you.
